What types of dance classes are offered?
DeBaugh Dance Company studio will be a foundation for all-inclusive dance instruction teaching all forms of dance: ballet, tap, hip hop, modern, and contemporary.
How do I pay for my classes?
Tuition/Fees are all to be processed through your Parent Portal:
- A $25 non-refundable registration fee will be assessed upon registration.
- Tuition can be paid in full or could be split into monthly payments.
- Monthly payments will be processed between the 15th and 20th of each month.
- Late Enrollment: Students will receive a prorated enrollment fee IF registering more than 3 weeks after the session begins.
- No prorate or refund for missed classes.
- Classes are subject to change due to enrollment and instructor availability.
Registering for classes creates a contract with DeBaugh Dance Company and by signing the registration form, parents/adult students acknowledge responsibility for all tuition payments for the enrolled student.
What are your COVID protocols?
Should you test positive or come in close contact with a family member/friend who has tested positive, please notify the studio and isolate for at least 5 days.
What are the Studio Rules for Students?
Be prepared to work hard and have fun.
Treat others how you’d like to be treated.
Participate fully in class and keep talking to a minimum.
This is a safe space where everyone will be treated with love and respect.
Please aim to be on-time/early to class.
Water bottles only. No flavored drinks.
Cell phones are not allowed in the studios during class.
Phones can be used outside, in the waiting or dressing rooms before, after or in between classes.
No gum or hanging from the barres.
Please treat the DeBaugh Dance Company space with respect and care.
Masks are optional at this time.
Appropriate behavior is expected at all times, towards the DDC staff, other students and any and all visitors to the studio. DDC reserves the right to dismiss those not adhering to this policy.
What should I wear to class?
BALLET: any color leotard, black, pink or natural skin tone tights, hair in a bun, leather ballet shoes with elastics to match your tights, no jewelry other than small earrings
GUYS: black ballet shoes for ballet classes, jogger-style pants for ballet, solid color t-shirts, bllack jazz or tap shoes, black, knee-length shorts are also acceptable for any technique class
HIP HOP: leotard, black, pink or natural skin tone tights or leggings, “non-marking” soled tennis shoes (typically white sole), hair off face.
JAZZ: any color leotard, black tights (prefer convertible), hair off face, no jewelry other than small earrings, jazz/ lyrical shoes
MODERN/CONTEMPORARY: any color leotard, black or natural skin tone tights (prefer convertible), hair off face, no jewelry other than small earrings, bare feet
TAP: any color leotard, black, pink or flesh-toned tights, black tap shoes, hair off face, and no jewelry other than small earrings
